    1 week vacation after 6 months of service
    2 weeks after 1 year
    3 weeks after 7 years

  • Salary Continuation:
    1st - 90th day 100% company paid
    91st - 180th day 60% company paid
    after 180 days 60% optional
  • Life Insurance
    Provided by the company at 1x your annual base pay as of Nov 1.
    *Supplemental life insurance is available up to 3x your salary at a minimal cost
  • Dependent Life Insurance
    Provided by the company at $2,000
  • Business Travel Accident Insurance
    Provided at $100,000
    *Supplemental Accident Insurance is available at a minimal cost
  • 401(k)
    Participation is available upon employment. 23 mutual funds. Company matches $0.50 of each dollar to 8% of eligible pay. Vesting at 20% per year.
  • Retirement Plan
    Provided on the first day of the month following your date of hire. The contribution is based on age & years of service. Percentages range from 3.5% - 5% of total compensation.
  • Profit Sharing
    Provided to any office person not participating in a management or sales incentive program and provides a percentage ranging from 0-10% of total year end compensation as lump sum cash the following February.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
    Available upon employment.
  • Tuition Reimbursement
    100% for a "C" or better in relevant course work. 50% for non-work related course work. Must be on Company payroll at start & end of course.
  • Cafeteria plan of benefits, including:
    Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO $1,000 deductible or $250 deductible;
    Delta Dental PPO ($50 deductible).
    Eligible upon employment.
  • Matching Gift Program for
    Educational institutions ($50 minimum)
