LectroCount™ Electronic Registers - Weather Proof Rate/ Totalizers

The LC Model 202 Rate/Totalizer is a battery powered (requires no external power source) industrial counter that computes and displays Rate, Resettable Totals and Accumulative Totals. It is designed to operate with most flow meters including positive displacement and turbine. The Model 202 is housed in a weather proof polycarbonate enclosure and can be supplied for direct mount to meters (such as the LC Turbine) or for remote wall or pipe mount. The Model 202 is fully programmable. The calibration "K-factor", decimal points, rate filtering and time base are all programmed during setup. Rate and Totals are simultaneously displayed and can be viewed in different engineering units to satisfy user preferences. Accumulative Totals may be viewed by pressing its respective panel mounted button.

Options:

• External Loop Powered Version - alternatively the Model 202 receives its power to operate from a 4-20 mA loop. Internal battery backs memory for all setup parameters should unit be disconnected from loop.
• External DC Powered Version - alternatively the Model 202 receives its power from an external 12-28 VDC source. Internal battery backs memory for all setup parameters in event of power outage.
• High & Low Flow Alarms - Two open collector outputs (suitable for driving DC solenoids or external relays) provide high and low flow alarms. The alarm points are fully programmable during set up. Maximum switching power is 30 VDC/200mA (available on DC powered Model 202 only).
• 4-20 mA outputs - isolated analog outputs capable of driving computers and recorders. Minimum and maximum levels are programmed during set up. May be utilized as a digital to analog converter when interfaced to a pulser
