LITERATURE REQUEST FORM
Please be advised that Liquid Controls has decided to fill all literature requests through a literature fulfillment company.  As of November 1^st, 2007 Double Image will be filling all literature requests for Liquid Controls.

You may fax the request directly to Double Image at (630) 893-3335.  You may also fax or e-mail your request to Liquid Controls, attention Mary Kay Diedrich, however, that will add extra handling and time to your request.  

This change will allow for all literature orders to be filled and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the order by Double Image.
