LC Meters

PROVEN THE MOST RELIABLE METER SINCE 1954

Liquid Controls positive displacement meters are engineered to provide an accurate, trouble-free service life requiring minimal maintenance.  The unique  construction of the LC meters results in low pressure drop for most liquids, delivering superior performance and minimal demand on system pumps.

The exclusive LC metering element eliminates inaccuracies, minimizes loads on bearings, and performs equally in forward or reverse flow.  The tri-rotor meter design consists of a precision machined housing in which three rotors turn and measure fuel in synchronized relationship, with no metal-to-metal contact, providing a lifetime of sustained measurement accuracy.

M25 meter elements for hotspots Explore the key features

Because the force exerted by the fluid flowing through the meter is at right angles to the faces of the displacement rotors and the rotor shafts are always in a horizontal plane, there is no axial thrust, thereby eliminating wear between the rotors and the bearing plates and ultimately providing a lifetime of measurement accuracy!
